● Avoid oil-based eye makeup.
● Avoid getting cosmetic
creams and lotions on your lenses.
● Never use commercial eye
drops (Visine, Murine, etc.) with your contacts since they
can ruin your lenses. Use solutions intended for contact
lenses only.
● Never go for long periods of
time without a recommended contact lens progress
examination.
● Never use anyone else's
contact lens solutions and never use old or expired
solutions.
● Never wear your contact
lenses if you have an eye infection.
● Call your optometrist at
once if you suspect an eye infection.
● Never hesitate to call if
you need assistance.
