An important point about contact lens wear is that you
must not leave your contact lenses in overnight.
Contact lenses should not be worn for longer than 8 hours
at a time. Clean each contact lens before you insert them,
and again when you remove them. Store your contact lenses
in clean contact lens solution, and replace your contact
lens case every three months.
Eye Contacts New Zealand recommends that you see an eye
care practitioner for regular eye checks. If you
experience any problems with your contact lenses seek
immediate medical attention.

you wear them, and always store in fresh lens solution.
